Managing Director & Recruitment Consultant
Our ClientSequoia Star AG is a successful recruitment company focusing on the placement of temporary and permanent positions. To further drive growth, Sequoia Star AG is establishing a new location in Basel. For this entrepreneurial task, we are looking for an experienced, engaging personality who will passionately and entrepreneurially lead the establishment on site.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Operational and professional management of the new Basel location, as well as being fundamentally responsible for the strategic and organisational development
- Acquisition of new clients in the Basel area as well as maintaining existing contacts
- Recruitment, consulting and placement of candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Gradual development and leadership of your own team
- Representation of Sequoia Star AG externally and active positioning of the brand in the Basel market
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in recruitment or personnel placement, ideally with leadership experience
- Existing network and market knowledge in the Basel area
- Entrepreneurially minded, communicative and confident negotiator
- Initiative, strong closing skills and confident appearance towards clients and candidates
- Fluent German, additional language skills are an advantage
