Caretaker / Maintenance Specialist 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

This is what you can achieve:

Maintenance of building and operational technical systems, including activities such as inspection, servicing, repair, and improvement

Execution of orders from maintenance management as well as creation of orders based on reports and defects

Provision of infrastructures and systems with the required quality, reliability, and availability

Updating documentation of systems

Winter service and on-call duty during certain weeks of the year

Disposal tasks

Assistance with events (events, seminars, meetings, etc.)

This is what you bring with you:

Apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist or craft training or equivalent professional experience in this field

Good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least B2

Helpfulness and teamwork characterise your personality

You are flexible, independent, service-oriented and keep a cool head in hectic situations

Work involves standing with occasional to regular lifting tasks
