Scheduling Manager / Production Planning (M/F)

As part of several recruitments for prestigious watchmaking manufacturers based in Geneva, we are looking for several Scheduling Managers / Production Planners (M/F).

Your missions

• Build and manage manufacturing schedules ensuring respect for deadlines and production priorities.
• Ensure the launch and follow-up of manufacturing orders according to the needs of the production plan.
• Coordinate the various workshops to guarantee an optimal production flow.
• Analyse performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the resolution of operational issues.
• Contribute to achieving quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Your profile

• Technical or logistics training (ES Technician, CFC completed by a Supply Chain specialisation or equivalent).
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling or production management in an industrial environment.
• Good command of IT tools, notably Excel and ERP (SAP is an asset).
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Ease in coordinating multiple stakeholders.
