Specialist Medical Pool (a) - flexible assignments paid hourly

Do you want to plan your medical work flexibly and autonomously, while also being part of a professional medical team in the long term? For the newly established Medical Pool at our subsidiary Health & Medical Service AG, we are looking for specialists (a) to support us with both planned and short-term capacity bottlenecks.

What to expect

• Conducting traffic medical fitness examinations in rail transport after medical competence approval
• Assessing medical fitness based on defined functional and risk profiles as well as applicable medical regulations
• Preparing, conducting and documenting examinations as well as making medical decisions
• Shaping your assignments flexibly with long-term plannable or voluntary short-term assignments at agreed HMS and client locations
• Focusing on medical work and contact with clients while being fully integrated into HMS including infrastructure, training and team offerings

What you bring

• Specialist medical title recognised in Switzerland, preferably in General Internal Medicine or Occupational Medicine, as well as the required professional practice permit
• Solid clinical experience in anamnesis, physical examination, medical risk assessment and documentation
• Interest in traffic, occupational and industrial medicine as well as willingness to complete the HMS/BAV training programme
• Fluent German and other languages relevant to the place of assignment, confident handling of digital medical records and standardised regulations
• Independent, structured and responsible working style with willingness to travel, flexibility and high reliability during assignments
