What you will do with us

Whether in the event of short-term absences, increased workload, or special situations: as a pool employee, you are an important link in interprofessional collaboration. Your assignments take place across departments in various specialist areas, and planned on-call duties are also part of your role. You will receive thorough induction in all departments, and our internal training programme is open to you.

• You will care for and support our patients with commitment and within your competencies, in close cooperation with the qualified nursing staff
• You will perform delegated medical-technical tasks and support the nursing process, including documentation in our clinical information system
• You will work closely with nursing assistants, trainees, and students, supporting them in daily ward routines

What you bring to be successful with us

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, ideally with professional experience in acute care
• You are flexible, quickly adapt to new teams, processes, and situations, and see the broad medical spectrum of a family-like peripheral hospital as an opportunity for development
• The well-being of patients is your top priority, and you treat all people with respect and appreciation
• You work reliably and conscientiously and gladly take responsibility within your competencies
• Continuous self-development is a matter of course for you
• Fluent German completes your profile (for foreign qualifications, level B2 is required)
