Prevention Officer (70 - 80 %)
What you will achieve with us
- Information, specialist advice and raising awareness among schools, open and organised child and youth work, organisations and authorities on issues of health promotion, prevention, early detection and early intervention
- Information, initial advice and triage for children, young people and families on topics such as violence, addiction or social challenges
- Support for organisations in acute problem situations
- Implementation, coordination and commissioning of prevention measures as well as their documentation
- Management of projects as well as development and implementation of concepts in the areas of health promotion, prevention, early detection/early intervention and intervention.
- Development and implementation of a municipal action and measures plan against gender-based and domestic violence
- Collaboration and networking with municipal and cantonal partners
How you will inspire us
- Degree in Social Work FH/HF or equivalent qualification
- Specialist further training in health promotion and prevention
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of health promotion, prevention and early detection/early intervention
- In-depth knowledge of domestic, sexualised and gender-based violence
- Open, empathetic personality, flexible and confident in communication
- Independent and networked working, organisational skills
