Your tasks
- Individual support:Support young people on their way into the professional world. Accompany them during an IV integration measure – from location assessment, career orientation, career preparation to successful apprenticeship, apprenticeship support and permanent employment
- Interdisciplinary collaboration:Coordinate the exchange with various involved parties (such as IV offices, doctors, therapists, parents/authorized supporters)
- Support:Conduct regular status meetings, assist in creating application documents, network training companies and organize trial assignments.
- Reporting:Write reports for the clients and ensure transparent and comprehensible documentation
- Coordination: Organize and lead roundtable discussions with various professionals to ensure a holistic assessment and goal-oriented decisions
Your profile
- Knowledge:Sound knowledge of the integration options of disability insurance as well as the Swiss training market
- Experience:Proven experience in the professional integration of young people
- Education:Training in coaching or vocational education. Basic psychological knowledge
- Your personality:You are flexible and resilient and also show a pronounced empathy and humor
- Languages:Very good German skills in spoken and written form
