Responsibilities:
- You plan and manage construction operations on our sites
- You prepare and participate in bids, tenders, and technical meetings
- You manage cost estimates and ensure financial monitoring of projects
- Ensure safety on the construction site
- Control deadlines, costs and quality of work execution, under the responsibility of your project manager
- Maintain regular and effective contact with our work teams and/or partners
You bring:
- Skills related to structural works
- Completed training in construction with a diploma as site manager, HES or EPF engineer
- 3 to 5 years of experience gained in Switzerland
- Knowledge of Swiss standards and laws
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, analyse and solve problems
- Ease in working as part of a team
- A hands-on person, versatile, conscientious and stress-resistant
