Account Manager in Fiduciary Services (80-100%)

We are a nationally oriented fiduciary company based in Zurich and are looking to strengthen our team with a motivated, cheerful and committed individual.

Your Tasks

You will independently manage our clients and take on a diverse range of tasks in the fiduciary sector. Your duties will particularly include:

• Independently managing client accounting for companies of various industries and sizes
• Preparing annual financial statements and assisting with audit preparations
• Preparing VAT returns as well as annual and turnover reconciliations
• Independently handling personnel and payroll administration including year-end declarations for social insurances and withholding taxes
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons as well as reviewing tax assessments and preparing appeals
• Preparing declarations in the area of withholding tax
• Handling general corporate administration such as incorporations, transformations, commercial register registrations and liquidations

Your Profile

For this varied and responsible role, you have a qualification as a fiduciary specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable further education. Additionally, you must have at least three years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector.

You enjoy working independently, take responsibility and at the same time appreciate exchange and collaboration within the team. An exact and reliable working style is a matter of course for you.

You feel comfortable in a dynamic and modern working environment and enjoy direct contact with clients.

Very good German skills as well as good English and Turkish skills complete your profile.
