For our client, we are looking by arrangement for a motivated caretaker (100% m/f/d)
Job Description- Cleaning and maintenance of communal indoor and outdoor areas
- Inspection and maintenance of technical facilities (heating, lighting, lift, etc.)
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
- Coordination of external craftsmen and service providers
- Winter service (e.g. snow clearance, salting)
- Completed training in a craft or technical field
- Very good German language skills
- Independent, responsible and reliable working style with good communication skills
- Driving licence category B
