Your Tasks

• Further develop and maintain the CAFM system (Campos)
• Map buildings, facilities and services in the CAFM system
• Ensure high quality and availability of master and asset data
• Build, structure and optimise maintenance and service processes
• Manage user roles, permissions and system access as well as coordinate interfaces and data migrations
• Create evaluations, key figures and decision-making bases for facility management

What Convince Us

• Commercial or technical basic training with further education in facility management is a great advantage
• Professional experience in facility management, real estate environment or related fields
• Knowledge in project, process and master data management
• Experience with CAFM systems, ideally Campos, as well as knowledge in BIM
• Very good German skills and English skills are an advantage
• Analytical thinking, high initiative and strong service orientation
