On behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a

Business Analyst (M/F)

Responsibilities :

• Analyze clients' business processes and needs

• Define functional and technical requirements of applications

• Write specifications

• Define and execute test scenarios and participate in application acceptance testing

• Coordinate application or feature evolution projects

• Work in a multidisciplinary team with analysts, architects, developers, Ops, and project managers

• Ensure follow-up of certain clients and specific products

• Provide advice and support to users

• Ensure continuity of services and knowledge sharing within the team

• Perform data analysis, statistics, and anomaly detection

• Design and conduct training or information sessions for users

• Be available to provide operational support as needed

  
  
  
  

Profile sought :

• Master's degree in information systems or equivalent higher education diploma

• CBAP certification

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst (process analysis, requirements gathering, functional and technical specifications, definition and execution of test scenarios, support for acceptance testing)

• Mastery of UML, BPMN, and ArchiMate modeling languages

• Experience in data exploration and analysis (SQL queries, pivot tables, statistical studies...)

• Writing various documents (description of the existing system, functional specifications, tests, user manuals, technical reference documents...)

• Mastery of workshop and interview facilitation techniques, ease in public speaking, conducting presentation or training sessions

• Dialogue with users: conducting work sessions, writing minutes, feedback, reformulation, and managing the request portfolio...

• Collaboration with development teams, understanding technical components such as class diagrams, database schemas, web page mockups...

• Perfect command of French

• Proficiency with office tools.

The following knowledge and experiences are assets:

• Work in judicial and/or governmental environments

• Participation in projects conducted according to the V-model methodology and practice of agile approaches

• Configuration of an integrated management software and use of the Enterprise Architect tool

• Mastery of information system governance processes

• Project management or Hermès certification: planning, stakeholder coordination, risk identification and management, communication

• Change management

• Good understanding of German.

• Very good writing skills and excellent synthesis ability

• Proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy in managing tasks

• Good organization and priority management

• Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and detect cross-cutting issues.
