Actively shape
- Professional and personnel management of a driving service team of about 15-20 employees with joy, appreciation and a convincing role model function
- Promotion and further development of employees as well as support in everyday work
- Ensuring a reliable and safe bus operation together with operations management and team leaders
- Planning and scheduling of driving personnel, special trips and events
- Supporting operations during on-call duties, control centre deployments, construction sites and major events
- Participation in driving service and personal commitment to first-class customer service
You bring with you
- Professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in public transport or dispatch, as well as a category D driving licence with a valid driver qualification certificate (CZV)
- Enjoyment in leading, supporting and developing employees as well as experience or aptitude in a leadership role
- High social competence, strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Openness to change and enthusiasm for actively shaping and further developing processes
- Very good German and good Italian skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications and enthusiasm for learning new systems
- Independent, responsible and resilient working style
