To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Assistant Manager Lingerie 100 % (m/f/x)

This role includes ensuring the cleaning and care of our operational laundry. You will control the input and output of laundry according to our standards and coordinate the task distribution within the lingerie team. You will take on responsibility during shifts, conduct inventory of uniform stocks, issue uniforms to employees, and also take them back. You will process orders from our ironing service, perform sewing tasks, take care of guest laundry cleaning, as well as general cleaning tasks in the lingerie or assist on the floor.

You have successfully completed the training as a hotel specialist EFZ or household specialist and bring at least two years of leadership experience from a similar role. You speak German, are service-oriented, and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You show a high awareness of cleanliness and order, are reliable, and enjoy working in a team. We expect a well-groomed, friendly, and courteous demeanor. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
