Psychiatry requires time, and people who take it. Accompany patients on an outpatient basis, take responsibility and actively shape treatment.

An established institution in psychiatric healthcare in the Sursee/Sempach region, with which we work closely, offers a comprehensive outpatient and inpatient service for people in different phases of life. The focus is on professional, local treatment, appreciative collaboration and holistic support of patients. Interprofessional teams work closely together and create space for personal responsibility, professional development and active participation. As a qualified nurse HF / qualified nurse HF you take on a central role in outpatient psychiatric care. You manage your own cases, accompany and advise patients with a social psychiatric focus and actively contribute your expertise to individual treatment.

Your field of activity with the new employer

• Planning and carrying out professional nursing activities as well as taking on key worker duties in the outpatient setting
• Case management and counselling of patients with a social psychiatric focus as well as close support during the treatment process
• Planning and conducting group therapies in collaboration with the interprofessional treatment team
• Taking over triage coordination as well as active networking with various specialist departments and involved professional groups

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Experience in key worker nursing and ideally professional experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
