Your Tasks

• Responsibility with the training center team to ensure professional and theoretical training according to the training plan
• Co-design of inter-company courses (ÜK)
• Conduct training in the areas of CAM and CAD
• Imparting expertise in CNC technology, especially in milling and turning
• Assistance with career marketing activities and events (e.g., career fairs)
• Supervision of trial apprenticeships and career exploration days
• Co-responsibility for partial exam preparations
• Assistance with administrative tasks
• Main responsibility and project management for the SwissSkills of polymechanics and preparation for the professional championship
• Assistance in social media marketing in close cooperation and under the leadership of the "Working at Fraisa Team"

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
• Technical education HF
• Vocational pedagogical further education with a professional certificate (or comparable further education, or willingness to do so)
• Training and experience in CAM and CAD
• Experience and enjoyment in social media activities, such as Instagram and TikTok 
• Enjoy working intensively with young people
