Your Tasks
- Responsibility with the training center team to ensure professional and theoretical training according to the training plan
- Co-design of inter-company courses (ÜK)
- Conduct training in the areas of CAM and CAD
- Imparting expertise in CNC technology, especially in milling and turning
- Assistance with career marketing activities and events (e.g., career fairs)
- Supervision of trial apprenticeships and career exploration days
- Co-responsibility for partial exam preparations
- Assistance with administrative tasks
- Main responsibility and project management for the SwissSkills of polymechanics and preparation for the professional championship
- Assistance in social media marketing in close cooperation and under the leadership of the "Working at Fraisa Team"
Your Profile
- Apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
- Technical education HF
- Vocational pedagogical further education with a professional certificate (or comparable further education, or willingness to do so)
- Training and experience in CAM and CAD
- Experience and enjoyment in social media activities, such as Instagram and TikTok
- Enjoy working intensively with young people
