Contribute
- Support of the overall OR management in professional and organizational matters (OR and anesthesia nursing, positioning care and AEMP)
- Active collaboration with the various teams in the OR to develop and implement new ideas and improvement suggestions.
- Independent participation in projects.
- Observation and analysis of developments in healthcare and implementation of best practices.
Bring
- Completed training and/or (additional) studies and several years of professional experience in the OR area or a comparably complex and interdisciplinary operation (specialist in operating technology is an advantage)
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally with corresponding further training
- Knowledge in logistics and material management
- Openness to innovative approaches and the ability to think beyond conventional ways.
- Enjoy working with various professional disciplines.
