Team Leader Nursing Night Watch

• You lead the nursing night watch team at the Bärau location both personally and professionally and positively influence the team atmosphere
• You accompany, promote, and develop employees at the training levels SRK, FaGe EFZ, and certified nursing professional HF
• You conduct employee discussions, lead recruitment for permanent night watches, and are responsible for deployment and holiday planning
• You ensure the professional care of our residents and guarantee a professional flow of information between night and day organisation
• Together with your employees, you ensure high care quality, safety, and a professional night service
• As a certified nursing professional HF, you additionally take on the role of head night watch with professional responsibility

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
• Further training in leadership
• Ideally, first leadership experience
• Several years of experience in long-term care, preferably in night service
• Strong social skills as well as an appreciative, clear, and reliable leadership style
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method as well as good IT user skills (experience in Inter-RAI is an advantage)
