Building Technician / Operations Maintenance Specialist as FACILITY SERVICE MANAGER (m/f)
Your tasks:- Overall responsibility for the versatile maintenance of the entire infrastructure and indirect services at the site
- Independent execution, or specific coordination with external contractors of all tasks related to operational premises and surrounding areas, ensuring performance statistics as well as audits and process optimisations
- Coordination of contacts and collaboration with third-party companies such as electrical, HVAC, cleaning etc., managing extensive service management (fleet, rental contracts, security, access, EHS, quality, procurement, disposal etc.)
- Ensuring partly complex interfaces with internal units such as IT, production, supply chain, logistics, etc.
- Regular exchange with the direct supervisor and other professionals in the management and leadership team, active interdisciplinary collaboration on various projects within the entire company
- Solid technical basic training in building technology and/or trade with specific further education in facility management
- Several years of experience in organising and leading comprehensive infrastructure and environmental tasks as well as a good understanding of complex issues in operations maintenance and building technology
- Proven track record in a technical, industrial or commercial company of medium size with a flat hierarchy
- Perfect German spoken and written, English a great advantage, good experience with MS Office 365 tools and ERP applications, aged between 30 and 55, residing in the greater Basel region
- High service orientation, strong desire for a very versatile, independently responsible and development-capable role
