Our Recognition of Educational Qualifications Administration Team is looking for a customer-oriented individual immediately or by arrangement as Education Administration Staff Member 80 – 100%.
What you can achieve
- As the first point of contact, you answer enquiries from applicants, employers and authorities regarding the recognition of foreign professional diplomas in healthcare
- Responding to telephone enquiries (hotline from 8:00 to 12:00) as well as emails and correspondence related to recognition applications
- Review of incoming recognition applications from foreign healthcare personnel via tool (nurses, physiotherapists, etc.)
- Checking the completeness of received recognition applications, entering data into the database and archiving the applications
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification from the service sector with two to three years of professional experience
- Your first language is German or French with very good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You enjoy telephone and written customer contact
- You impress with your communicative and service-oriented personality
