Tanne is the centre of expertise in the German-speaking part of Switzerland for people with congenital deafblindness / dual sensory impairment and related multiple sensory disabilities, as well as for people on the autism spectrum.

Our team is looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible and service-oriented person as

Facility Technician, 100%

Your tasks

• You operate, repair, and maintain the technical systems (HVAC systems)
• You share responsibility for the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, for checking the sprinkler system, and the water quality of our therapy pool
• You ensure the flawless availability / functionality of all building services systems
• You keep the buildings and surroundings including green areas in good condition throughout the year (winter service)
• You support the team leader in training apprentices and gladly pass on your knowledge
• You assist with the setup and dismantling of infrastructure at internal events (occasional evening and weekend shifts)

Your profile

• Completed basic training as an electrician/installer or in the HVAC field (mandatory)
• Proven professional experience in the HVAC sector
• Understanding of safety concerns in building services and their implementation
• Interest in taking responsibility and learning new things
• Manual dexterity
• Flexible, reliable, and helpful personality
• Strong service orientation, solution-focused working style, and a high degree of independence and initiative
• Organisational talent with good communication skills
• Willingness to complete a vocational trainer course
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Driving licence category B available
