Our service centre at Rosenbergstrasse 16 in St. Gallen undertakes tasks for several banks in the areas of securities management, accounting, payment transactions and organisation. To strengthen our IT Business Solution team and to expand our expertise around the BSI Customer Suite, we are looking for immediate or agreed start:

BSI Customer Suite Specialist (a), 80 - 100 %

What you will achieve:

• You configure processes, workflows and user interfaces within the BSI Customer Suite.
• You analyse professional requirements and implement them in sustainable solutions.
• You advise customers on the possible uses of the BSI Customer Suite and collaborate on integrations of peripheral systems.
• You create and maintain standards, documentation and reusable solution components.
• You actively contribute to the expansion of our BSI expertise.

• You have several years of practical experience with the BSI Customer Suite or BSI CRM.
• You have independently configured and successfully implemented BSI solutions.
• You understand business processes and translate professional requirements into technical solutions.
• You work in a structured, independent and quality-conscious manner and communicate appropriately for the target audience.
• Experience with integrations, APIs or agile project methods is an advantage.
