- Support projects with design-specific methods – from conception to handoff
- Conduct workshops with clients and interdisciplinary project teams
- Support product and project teams with professional, user-friendly UX design
- Holistic thinking in the digitalisation of processes and business models – UX as a strategic lever, not just a design discipline

What you bring

- At least 5 years of experience in complex UX projects, ideally in FinTech, banking or B2B
- Experience in building and maintaining complex design systems in Figma – including component libraries, atomic design and token-based design
- Understanding of modern design system infrastructure and interfaces to development – e.g. Storybook integration via MCP, token pipelines and component handoff – aiming to sustainably close the gap between design and code
- Routine in using AI-supported prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Design, Cursor, ...) and the ability to independently develop functional prototypes to handoff-ready quality
- Confident, critically reflective use of AI tools in research and synthesis (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM) – to accelerate user research, qualitative data analysis and well-founded design decisions
- Practical experience with Design Thinking, Design Sprints and user-centred methods
- Basic technical understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Clear, proactive communication – with clients as well as within the team
- Very good German and English skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn are part of your DNA – you not only absorb new trends, tools and methods but actively share your enthusiasm with the team
- Preferred: Experience with modern AI-supported development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
