• Design and conception across a broad project spectrum: customised software, mobile apps, websites, platforms, AI projects and innovative MVP concepts

• Completed studies in design or comparable education
• At least 5 years of experience in complex UX projects, ideally in FinTech, banking or B2B
• Experience in building and maintaining complex design systems in Figma – including component libraries, atomic design and token-based design
• Understanding of modern design system infrastructure and interfaces to development – e.g. Storybook integration via MCP, token pipelines and component handoff – aiming to sustainably close the gap between design and code
• Routine in using AI-supported prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Design, Cursor, ...) and the ability to independently develop functional prototypes to handoff-ready quality
• Confident, critically reflective use of AI tools in research and synthesis (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM) – to accelerate user research, qualitative data analysis and well-founded design decisions
• Practical experience with Design Thinking, Design Sprints and user-centred methods
• Basic technical understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Clear, proactive communication – with clients as well as within the team
• Very good German and English skills

• Preferred: Experience with modern AI-supported development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
