About the job
Our tasks:
- You take on night shift responsibility and work a few days a month also in the day team, for example in the late shift for integration and team belonging
- Ensuring high-quality care of the residents
- Calm, prudent action, especially in emergencies
- Professional handling of the infrastructure and correct implementation of concepts and measures
What we wish for:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Preferably experience in the long-term care sector
- High empathy and assertiveness
- Independent, responsible work organization
- Team and cooperation skills
- Current professional knowledge to ensure quality-conscious and professional care of our residents
- Experience with common IT programs
- High social, professional, and action competencies
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
