CNC Programmer / Setter Milling (m/f/d)

In this key position, you ensure economical, efficient, and process-secure production of our precision parts. You programme new components, optimise existing manufacturing processes, and thus make an important contribution to quality, productivity, and delivery reliability.

Your responsibilities

• Independent creation of CNC programmes with CAM (TopSolid) for milling machines (Heidenhain) as well as turning-milling centres Bumotec (Fanuc)
• Optimisation and further development of existing programmes regarding quality and efficiency
• Creation and maintenance of setup sheets, manufacturing strategies, and production documentation
• Setting up and operating modern CNC milling machines
• Conducting quality controls according to specifications and requirements
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes (CIP / 5S)

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, ideally specialising in milling
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, preferably in the multi-axis area
• Experience in CAM programming, ideally with TopSolid
• Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D models
• Structured, precise, and responsible way of working
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Flexibility, team spirit, and willingness to take on deputising duties
