Warranty Clerk

What you can achieve

• You settle warranty orders according to manufacturer guidelines
• You are the interface between the importer and us and carry out clarifications on warranty and goodwill issues
• You coordinate and inform during recall campaigns and ensure correct processing according to manufacturer specifications

What you bring

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist
• You work in a structured, reliable and efficient manner
• You keep an overview even with a large number of orders and prioritise tasks sensibly
