Apprenticeship Commercial Employee EFZ 2026

At TRISA, you will become a commercial all-rounder in the service and administration sector. During your training, you will go through various training departments and thus gain a broad insight into the commercial activities of a manufacturing company. You will have both written and oral contact with our customers in Switzerland and around the world.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

As a commercial apprentice, you mainly work on the computer. In your daily work, you use many different programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics AX. In addition to working on the computer, you also operate devices such as copiers, printers, and telephones. You are often in contact with colleagues as well as customers, as you work closely with other people.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:

For successful completion of the commercial apprenticeship, a completed lower secondary education is required, whereby as a secondary school student at level B you should have very good grades. In addition to school knowledge, you also bring the following qualities and skills:

Enjoyment in contact with people
Good written and oral communication skills
Enjoyment in working with the PC
Good manners
Sense of responsibility
Independence
Networked thinking
