HV Test Engineer

As a High Voltage Test Engineer, you take charge of important on-site tests and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You coordinate with customers and internal teams, plan test procedures, and create precise technical documentation. This role offers you the opportunity to take responsibility, travel extensively, and represent the company in technically demanding discussions.

What you can achieve

• Conduct high voltage tests and partial discharge measurements in collaboration with customer representatives

• Monitor and report deviations from specifications and ensure timely correction

• Ensure that on-site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards

• Plan and coordinate test activities, including on-site acceptance of high voltage tests

• Represent the company at on-site meetings and in technical discussions with customers and internal

stakeholders

• Prepare the required documentation such as final reports, protocols, and deviation reports

What you bring with you

• Solid knowledge in the field of high voltage technology is essential

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering and/or electronics

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a structured and organised manner

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form

• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours

• Decisiveness and ability to manage technical clarifications independently

• Solid understanding of safety standards and ability to intervene in unsafe conditions

• Requires the development of digital and data competence as well as the practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions and service execution.
