About the job
For the Centre for Forensic Psychiatry inpatient (ZFPS) we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You work on one of our medium / low security wards in a group setting
- You treat and care for patients from the penal system for measures
- You support and promote the social skills and abilities of patients within the framework of key worker work in the milieu therapeutic setting
- You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in treatment planning, daily structuring and the design of the living environment
- You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future offences
- You maintain contact with relatives and authorities
- You are jointly responsible for the training of apprentices within the framework of the training mandate
Profile
- You have a qualification as a Dipl. Social Pedagogue HF/FH
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory
- Your attitude towards offenders is appreciative and risk-aware
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- You possess exceptionally high social skills
- You have pronounced communication skills
- You are characterised by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
- You work in a three-shift system
