Polymechanic, Mechanic Assembly & Production

• Precise assembly and putting together of assemblies in the area of thermoforming tools
• Maintenance, overhaul and repair of existing tools and components
• Carrying out technical inspections and preventive checks on tool parts
• Processing of workpieces by turning, milling, grinding, polishing and laser welding
• Making vacuum drillings according to technical specifications and drawings
• Participation in mechanical optimisations and further developments in toolmaking
• Support in expanding and maintaining technical expertise within the team

• Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, toolmaker or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in conventional as well as CNC-/NC-controlled metalworking
• Enthusiasm for precise mechanical work and assembly of technical components
• Technical understanding as well as confident handling of drawings and production plans
• High fine motor skills, craftsmanship talent and enjoyment of exact precision work
• Spatial imagination as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Independent, committed and solution-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
