About us

At our education centre in Weggis, we combine hospitality, training and practice. Together, we ensure the daily catering of course participants, lecturers, employees and guests – varied and practice-oriented. Our operation is usually open from Monday to Friday – work is done in two shifts without room hour.

You have already gained several years of professional experience after your training and now want to take on more responsibility? With us, you have the opportunity to further develop your skills, actively support the kitchen management and gradually take on additional tasks.

Your tasks

• Active participation in daily kitchen production
• Co-responsibility for organisation, quality and processes
• Support of kitchen management and deputy duties
• Participation in courses, exams and events
• Support in inventory management and training of apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as Cook EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience after completing training
• Enjoy taking responsibility and developing further
• Quality awareness, organisational talent and team spirit
• Very good German language skills
• Initial experience with additional responsibility or further training as head chef is an advantage but not a requirement
