Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (m/f/d) 50-100%

We are looking for our client, a senior center in the Zurich Oberland, a qualified nursing specialist (m/f/d) for 50-100%, either immediately or by arrangement. The working hours can be arranged in coordination with our client and the start date will be according to individual agreements.

Our client is a company run with passion. It has several locations and offers many interesting services on site. The senior center is located in a great location.

• Together with your team, you are responsible for the individual care and support of the residents
• As a nursing specialist, you recognize and manage emergency situations and independently initiate appropriate measures
• You are the contact person and responsible for quality during the shift and maintain seamless performance documentation
• Your duties are rounded off by participation in rounds, reports, and team meetings

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent SRK recognition
• Ideally, you bring experience in long-term care
• Good RAI knowledge or willingness to quickly acquire it
• You have a friendly and well-groomed manner and can motivate your counterpart if necessary
