Our team "Governance & Financial Compliance" specialises in managing compliance and legal risks, especially in the areas of investment and trading. We are particularly the contact point for the topics of Suitability / Asset Management (including conflicts of interest and sustainability) and market conduct rules. In addition, we lead the specialist unit for directives and are responsible for the bank's regulatory monitoring.
What you enthusiastically do
- You initiate and conduct 2nd-line controls in the areas of Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG, FINIG) and analyse the annual risks in these areas
- You handle enquiries concerning Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG, FINIG)
- You develop training materials and contribute to training and further education regarding Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG, FINIG)
- You review and process internal directives and contracts in the areas of Suitability and Asset Management
- You contribute to other compliance tasks (including controls, enquiries, training and further education, directives, contracts) concerning market conduct rules (including personal transactions), conflicts of interest, sustainability, the specialist unit for directives and regulatory monitoring
What you bring with you
- You have a completed Swiss university degree in law or economics (Uni/FH/HF). Advanced additional training in the relevant compliance areas is an advantage
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience (ideally supervisory experience) in the areas of Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG and FINIG)
- You have IT affinity (Excel and data analysis) and enjoy working with new technologies
- You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially and is always curious. You gladly take on responsibility and have a flair for the digitalisation of compliance
- You have an interest in developments in the financial market and financial market law
- You command the German language confidently in speech and writing and preferably have good knowledge of French
