As Head Chef 100%, you will be a valuable part of our 28-member Schifflände crew immediately or by arrangement and work within the 13-member team.
The popular excursion restaurant Schifflände Maur is beautifully located directly on Lake Greifensee. With around 100 indoor seats, spread across the lake restaurant and country tavern, as well as over 140 terrace seats with self-service, culinary experiences are guaranteed. The heart of the kitchen is fish specialties, complemented by seasonal meat and vegetarian dishes. The hall offers space for celebrations with up to 140 guests - perfect for weddings, banquets and special occasions.

- Leading the kitchen and office team
- Optimal purchasing and inventory
- Adherence to the budget framework for kitchen yield and personnel costs
- Calculation of the menu plan
- Development of seasonal menu and banquet cards
- Compliance with workplace hygiene
