Wüest is the competence centre for construction projects. We are a powerful and established company, rooted and at home in the Midlands. For the Refurbishment Construction department, we are looking for you as Project Manager / Site Manager Refurbishment Construction.

Your tasks

• Independent management of construction sites, from work preparation through process optimisation to the approved final measurement.
• Ensuring communication between contractors, planners and clients
• Deployment planning and coordination of the involved craftsmen
• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary project and planner teams

Your profile

• Diploma Site Manager HF / Construction Manager HF or equivalent construction-specific training
• Several years of professional experience in construction or project management
• Confidence in dealing with SIA standards, laws and regulations
• Tact and diplomatic skill in dealing with people
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, organisational talent
• Enthusiasm for new technologies
