Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual who wishes to apply their expertise in finance and accounting as well as controlling in a targeted manner. In this role, you will take on diverse tasks across several companies and link operational financial topics with business analyses. You will work with various specialist departments and make an important contribution to the further development and optimisation of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and Swiss GAAP FER and prepare the relevant financial information for reporting

• You ensure correct management of financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting and take care of debt collection management

• You handle VAT and tax declarations and ensure their complete and timely processing

• You analyse financial development and prepare meaningful key figures, reports and business evaluations

• You participate in budget, forecast and medium-term planning processes and support those responsible with sound financial foundations

Qualifications:

• You have a commercial education and have further trained in finance and accounting or fiduciary services or completed a business degree

• You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting or fiduciary services and are well acquainted with preparing financial statements

• You have practical experience in controlling as well as in preparing and interpreting business key figures

• You work confidently with ERP systems and Excel and have a strong affinity for digital financial processes

• You have fluent German language skills and communicate confidently in spoken and written form
