Do you enjoy advising, communicate confidently in several languages, and keep an overview even with demanding customer concerns? For our client, an established Swiss financial services company, we are looking for a committed individual for telephone customer advice in the credit card sector.

Your tasks

• You competently and solution-orientedly answer telephone enquiries from customers and internal contacts.
• You advise on all matters concerning credit cards, from opening to cancellation.
• You carefully and reliably process amendments such as limit adjustments and cancellations.
• You support sales advisors with complex issues.
• You professionally handle complaints and find simple, pragmatic solutions.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training and have experience in the financial services sector and/or in administration.
• You must have impeccable German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French and/or Italian skills at least at level B2.
• You quickly grasp new matters and find your way well in a dynamic work environment.
• You enjoy telephone customer contact and convince with clear and competent advice.
• You respond to different concerns and remain friendly and solution-oriented even in demanding conversations.

What to expect

• A varied role in the credit card sector with contact to customers and internal specialists.

• A permanent position in Niederurnen with the possibility of home office.
• An annual salary of around CHF 65,000 to 85,000 for a full-time position, depending on your profile and experience.
