Head of Human Resources & Member of the Executive Board
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you manage the entire Human Resources Management including occupational health management and education at both strategic and operational levels. You further develop HR strategy, processes and personnel development, lead the HR team and support managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality. You understand how processes interlock, identify optimisation potential and implement improvements pragmatically.
You have a solid education and training in HR as well as several years of experience in Human Resources Management. In addition to proven leadership experience, business management understanding and IT affinity, you bring knowledge in the implementation of HR projects (e.g. digitalisation, salary systems, employer branding). You are characterised by high initiative, independence and assertiveness and meet people with empathy and at eye level. Ideally, you have experience in the health, care or social sector and are familiar with the industry-specific requirements and framework conditions.
