Your tasks
- Welcoming and attending to customers and guests at the reception – in person, by phone, and/or in writing
- Organizing the reception area and ensuring smooth operations during presence days
- Receiving and forwarding calls, coordinating appointments, and handling general inquiries
- Supporting customer advisors with appointment scheduling and room coordination
- Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail as well as administrative tasks such as document filing and protocol preparation
- Collaboration with internal departments and active contribution to a professional and service-oriented reception
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in reception, customer service, or a comparable service-oriented role
- Friendly, professional demeanor and high service orientation
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Confident handling of MS Office and modern communication tools
- Availability on fixed working days Tuesday and Wednesday
- Very good German skills and good English skills (level B1/B2)

Your first six months with us
The onboarding is structured and practice-oriented. An experienced colleague will personally accompany you during the initial period, introduce you to all relevant areas of responsibility, and support you with any questions at any time. You will gradually learn our internal processes, tools, communication channels, and how to interact with customers and colleagues at the reception – so you feel confident and can grow well into your new role.
