About the job
Your Tasks
- Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting within a family-centred approach
- Design of the care process in core team work with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
- Coordination, management and evaluation of milieu- and care-therapeutic groups
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Learning support for trainees and students in nursing professions
Your Qualifications
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or the geriatric field
- High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- CAS in Gerontology or willingness to complete one
