Axanova AG is a successful Swiss company located in Uetliburg, on the upper Lake Zurich, which offers an innovative range of health products and dietary supplements and distributes them in Switzerland. As part of a replacement, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a younger and solution-oriented personality with enthusiasm for health products.

Your tasks:

Overall responsibility for Quality Management & Regulatory AffairsResponsible person for food and consumer goods according to LGVPMaintenance and further development of the QM systemEnsuring product compliance and regulatory requirements for dietary supplements, cosmetics and medical devicesSupport with complaints, deviations (CAPA) and quality-relevant issuesInitiate and carry out quality controlsOptimisation of procedures and processes for quality assuranceCreation and maintenance of product-specific documentation (PID/TD) and management reportsCommunication with the responsible authorities as well as close cooperation with product management, purchasing and managementDevelopment of pragmatic and economically sensible solutionsCo-responsibility for technically demanding product management activities

Your profile:

Pharmacist (HF) or studies in pharmacy or natural sciencesQA/RA experience in a pharmacy/drugstore or in the healthcare industryIdeally knowledge of food, medical device and cosmetics lawStructured, analytical and responsible way of workingEntrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of the big pictureWillingness to find constructive solutionsConfident handling of MS Office (especially Excel with macros)Self-initiative, communicative and a team playerNative German speaker, good English skills in spoken and written form
