- Assuming the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Knowing, practising and responding correctly in emergencies – coordinating with fire brigade, police and medical emergency organisations and coordinating with the centre management
- Taking on extended tasks with special responsibility due to existing experience
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Empathy and assertiveness
- Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- Additional asylum-relevant language (advantageous) | spoken: B1 | written: B1
