Business Idea Evaluation and Coaching Team Support

Every year, the IFJ Institut für Jungunternehmen supports 20,000 business founders across Switzerland on their journey to their own company, and far beyond. A pioneer and leader in its sector, IFJ offers the most widely used services in Switzerland for business creation and development. With our services, tools, courses, events, and comprehensive advice, we accompany people throughout Switzerland before, during, and after the creation of their business, in close collaboration with recognised partners.

Our Education Programs team is young, warm, and loves to see things progress. We organise support programmes and coaching, courses, webinars, and events. Each year, we accompany several thousand people on their entrepreneurial journey. If you want to be part of our team, we have something for you:

At the heart of your activity:

• You review the submitted summary concept, conduct interviews with project leaders, and evaluate the business idea according to defined criteria
• You record your assessment in writing and provide a clear recommendation for the insured person and the cantonal service
• You defend your evaluation during the tripartite interview and clarify the next steps
• You support the entire coaching team by managing the Coaching mailbox, coordinating appointments, and following up on decisions and documents of coached individuals
• You independently manage deadlines and files in Valais and are the reliable contact person for our contacts in the canton

You are an open and communicative person, and you bring:

• French as your mother tongue and very good spoken and written German
• Passion for topics related to business creation and enjoyment in supporting people at a turning point in their lives
• Several years of professional experience and confidence in dealing with authorities
• A diploma at ES/HES level or equivalent experience, as well as an understanding of economic issues
• A strong sense of organisation: you work independently and actively seek out what you need
• The ability to evaluate in a structured manner and to justify an assessment objectively
• Reliability, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility are a given for us
