Your activities

Responsibility for complete customer assistance via phone and email
Processing customer requests as well as technical disruptions while respecting deadlines
Recording customer orders
Communication with clients, technicians, and dispatch
Monitoring technical monitoring of various payment and deposit machines

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical training
Good computer skills and knowledge of the MS-Office package
Fluency in French, good knowledge of German and English is an asset
High comprehension speed
Affinity for numbers
Stress resistance
Prompt and structured work
Availability for on-call telephone service (07:00-22:00)
