ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth in Upper Valais. We are looking for a responsible personality with a pronounced service mindset:

• Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
• Ensure a smooth process by entering orders into the system and managing goods and inventory
• Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth Shop
• Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping an eye on the guidelines to increase the shop's revenue and success
• Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories; additionally, you will attend meetings to contribute to the further development of the respective shop

Requirements

• A completed training as a retail specialist EFZ in the field of hardware or similar.
• A well-groomed appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
• Your pronounced sales mentality and the willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
• SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to efficiently handle business processes
