To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Backoffice Manager 100% (m/f/d) at the Bern location, permanent, starting 01.02.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You support the planning and coordination of visual concepts in the areas of Non-Food, Supermarket, and Restaurant.
- You successfully implement visual merchandising on the sales floor and in the shop windows (including lighting).
- You independently carry out conversions, events, and projects.
- You regularly conduct quality controls to ensure the implementation of visual merchandising (price labeling, etc.).
- You are responsible for managing the ordering system for visual materials.
- You support the Visual Manager in the personnel management of the visual team.
- You supervise apprentices in their training as 3D Poly Designers.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training as a Decoration Designer EFZ or as a 3D Poly Designer EFZ.
- You have successfully completed the trainer course.
- You have an affinity for fashion and know the current trends.
- You have a very good spatial imagination.
- You possess good manual skills and have a hands-on mentality.
- You bring a good understanding of colors and shapes as well as their combinations.
- You have very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and are familiar with all common office applications.
- You have a quick grasp, especially in the digital environment.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
