Your tasks
- Execution of planned and short-term assignments on the responsible properties, including processing incoming tickets and timely implementation
- Regular inspection and assessment of the assigned properties and building infrastructure, including recording and reporting defects
- Professional execution of site maintenance work, including weeding and snow clearance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines as well as control of physical security matters
- First point of contact for customers; receiving, processing, and coordinating customer orders
- Acquisition of additional orders in the area of maintenance
- Support of team leaders in cross-departmental and organisational tasks
- Provision of on-call services according to deployment planning
- Work assignments from Monday to Friday and, if necessary, on weekends and public holidays
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft with experience in caretaking or qualification as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence
- Assertiveness as well as good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence category B
