You have left nursing and want to return – according to your possibilities? With us, you will find the ideal framework to step by step return to your nursing profession. You can become part of our dedicated team again starting from a workload of 20%.
Your tasks
- Care and support of our residents according to your level of training (skill and grade mix)
- Digital nursing documentation according to competencies and authorizations
- Support in everyday life and promotion of independence
- Collaboration with nursing professionals and interdisciplinary teams
- Taking over delegated tasks and shaping daily nursing routines
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the nursing field (FaBe EFZ, FaGe EFZ, DNI, FASRK, Nursing Specialist HF)
- Joy in returning, openness to new things and willingness to learn
- Empathy, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness for flexible assignments (from 20% workload, half shifts also possible)
- Willingness to continuously develop personally, professionally, and methodically
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
