For summer 2027, one of the popular apprenticeships as
Automotive Mechatronics Technician specialising in "Passenger Cars"
is available again. We offer a reliable, motivated and young individual a comprehensive and exciting training in the automotive industry.
The training:
Perform demanding repairs independently and carry out simple diagnostic work on the entire vehicle: the automotive mechatronics technician works wherever expertise in engines and chassis, drive systems or electrical systems is required. The training also includes the driving test. The basic training lasts a total of four years. To complement professional practice and school education, inter-company courses are part of the training. More information at www.autoberufe.ch and www.agvs.ch.
Your profile:
This varied training requires a completed district or secondary school with at least a very good level B. Your elective subjects are mathematics and computer science, and advantageously English, technical design, technical drawing and keyboard typing. Furthermore, you need to have passed the aptitude test organised by the AGVS sections. You are reliable, motivated and accustomed to precise work. If you also have good work behaviour and team spirit, then you are the person we are looking for!
If you have any questions, our training manager, Mr David Bucher, will be happy to assist you at 041 784 30 30. Our team will competently, reliably and securely accompany you on your career path. We would be pleased to get to know you during a trial apprenticeship and give you first insights into our company and your desired profession.
Do you feel addressed? Then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents including a photo and the AGVS classification test, which you should send to Ms Cornelia Steiner by email at cornelia.steiner@imholz-autohaus.ch.
