About the job

You are jointly responsible for professional, holistic care and appropriate treatment nursing of patients in our outpatient oncology and haematology centre. The nursing team comprises approximately 20 employees. In addition, you are jointly responsible for ensuring and further developing the quality of nursing care, support the clinic manager in leadership tasks, and participate in projects. The induction into this complex specialist area is carried out very carefully and in a structured manner.

Start date immediate or by arrangement

• Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with experience in acute hospital and oncology
• Preferably training in the oncology field (NDS, HöFa, CAS, HFP)
• Ideally further training and/or initial experience in personnel management
• Ability to motivate employees
• Openness to future-oriented changes
